Dr. Suze Tessier

Dr. Suze Tessier, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C-PMHNP, is a compassionate family nurse practitioner dedicated to delivering modern, personalized healthcare to individuals and families throughout Apopka and the greater Central Florida community. Originally from Port-au-Prince, her passion for healthcare is deeply rooted in service, education, prevention, and building meaningful connections with every patient she serves.

With over 14 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Tessier believes exceptional care starts with truly listening. She is known for creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered through every stage of life, from preventive wellness and primary care to long-term health management and holistic support.

After earning her graduate nursing degree from South University, Dr. Tessier began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2022 and later founded Nouveau Health & Wellness in Longwood. Her vision for the practice combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate, patient-centered care focused on helping individuals achieve sustainable wellness and improved quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tessier enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants with friends, interior decorating, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and their four sons. Her faith, family values, and commitment to serving others continue to shape the thoughtful, compassionate care she provides every day.

Tyler Wright, BS

With a background in clinical care and healthcare leadership, she is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel supported and valued. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Tyler is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a physician. Her experiences as a healthcare professional, patient advocate, and nonprofit co-founder have strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and improving healthcare accessibility for underserved communities. Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys shopping, trying the newest makeup trends, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends. She believes in leading with kindness, serving with purpose, and making a positive impact wherever she goes.

Isiah Dort, Nurse

Isaiah is a dedicated healthcare student currently pursuing a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) education, driven by a strong commitment to service, personal growth, and improving the lives of others. Passionate about making a positive impact in the community, Isaiah actively advocates for addressing food insecurity and supporting unhoused individuals through compassion, outreach, and service. Beyond healthcare, Isaiah enjoys exploring a variety of interests that contribute to a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. An automotive enthusiast, Isaiah enjoys learning about vehicle makes, models, and emerging innovations within the automotive industry. Other interests include visiting amusement parks, following sneaker culture, and gaming as a way to unwind, stay engaged, and connect with others. Known for a compassionate spirit, strong work ethic, and natural curiosity, Isaiah is committed to combining a passion for helping people with professional goals in nursing. Through both personal and professional pursuits, Isaiah strives to make meaningful connections, embrace lifelong learning, and contribute positively to the community and the lives of those around him.

Fritz Dort, Practice Administrator

Fritz Dort is the Practice Administrator at Nouveau Health & Wellness, where he oversees daily operations and is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every patient. Passionate about helping others and serving the community, Fritz brings strong leadership, outstanding customer service, and a relationship-centered approach to his role. He enjoys connecting with patients, supporting the practice team, and ensuring that compassionate, patient-focused care remains at the heart of everything the organization does. Outside of work, Fritz enjoys traveling, spending time with his children, and cheering on the Orlando Magic.
